Yes. Free 8% · Pro 4% · Premium 3% · Enterprise 2%. Higher tiers compensate for the subscription fee with reduced per-booking commission. Commission applies to confirmed bookings only · refunds reverse the fee.

Multi-location?
Pro and Premium are per-provider tiers — each location pays separately. Enterprise multi-branch rollups consolidate billing across locations under one parent organization with shared dashboards, unified Insight, and central admin.
What if I exceed my tier quota?
7-day grace period. Free tier hard-caps at 5 quotations/mo — additional requests queue with a "tier full" notice to the patient. After grace, you can upgrade (immediate access) or pick which feature to deactivate. We never silently deactivate without notification — see s14 Subscription lifecycle states.
