Privacy policy
1. Information we collect
ArokaGO collects information you provide directly (account creation, quotation submissions, provider profile data) and information collected automatically (device and usage information, log files). We collect personally identifiable health information only with your explicit consent and only when necessary to facilitate medical-tourism services on your behalf.
2. GDPR & Thai PDPA rights
You may request access, rectification, deletion, or portability of your personal data at any time. ArokaGO honors right-to-erasure within 30 days; audit aggregates required by Thai PDPA, GDPR Art. 30 and equivalent regulations are preserved with PII removed.
3. Data residency & cross-border transfers
Patient health data is tagged at write-time with the patient's residency jurisdiction (EU, US, Thai PDPA, etc.) and stored in the corresponding regional Postgres partition. Cross-border transfers respect SCCs (EU patients) and patient consent (other regions).
